Shipping - within the U.S.A
- When: Your order will ship within 24/36 hours, unless it is a very large order then we require up to 48 hours to process. Orders are filled Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
- How We Ship: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2 Day Air, and for Overnight Shipping, select UPS Next Day Air
- Shipping Costs: Typically other online stores charge or incorporate in the product price $4- 5/handling per order.
We do NOT charge a handling fee. To keep shipping charges more affordable, it's best to make larger purchases at one time. Shippers charge virtually the same for a one pound shipment as a three pound shipment
- Transit Time: UPS does not guarantee the exact arrival date for shipping by ground (please allow 1-7 business days depending on your area of the country).

Guarantee
All our tarps and accessories are guaranteed free from defects at the time of purchase. In the event of a product being faulty, please inform us immediately or within 14 calender days after receiving the item. We will require a email photograph of the defect so we can determin if the tarp has a manufacturing fault. Upon receipt and providing we are satisfied that it is a manufacturing defect we will arrange a replacement. This warranty is only applicable if the product is new and unused and is in its original packaging. Our warranty does not include usage due to wind, storms, hurricanes, snow, fire or act of nature. We strongly advise proper installation of your cover, we will NOT accept responsibility for pulled grommets as a result of product wear & tear or misuse, we strongly advise not to put an excessive amount of pressure on grommets, as this may cause damage to your tarp. Furthermore the warranty does not include damage due to misuse or improper installation. Faulty items that need returning to us and have been agreed with a TarpsTarps sales associate will be picked up at our expense and replaced. Any item that has been purchase in error or due to a change of mind by the customer can be sent back for a full credit less shipping and a 20% restocking charge. The returned freight is the responsibility of the customer. Any items that need a credit due to a purchasing error or change of mind must be returned within 14 days of the original order.
